Our service gives you time to relax, pursue activities that give you joy and rediscover yourself.  While Respite Care can't change your loved one's situation, it can assist you to maintain your sense of being and significantly improve your ability to deal with the situation and handle challenges in a positive way.  Our Personal Care Attendants are ready to step in with the same considerate care and concern so you can get away for any reason.   

If you have Missouri Medicaid, you may qualify for the Consumer Directed Services (CDS) Program. You can hire a friend or family member to care for you at home and we will pay them to work for you!

The Independent Living Waiver is similar to the Consumer Directed Services program, requiring the same eligibility criteria be met and offering additional personal assistance services beyond the limitations of the state plan, including environmental accessibility adaptations, specialized medical equipment and supplies, financial management services, and case management. 

We provide a variety of In-Home Health care options for individuals with disabilities and needs. Don’t think of our services as one-size-fits all, we know everyone’s needs are different, and our Care Plans are uniquely tailored to each individual. Whether it’s helping with dressing-grooming, hygiene, providing medication reminders, or simply providing transportation to medical appointments, we will help you or your loved one navigate life.

Our trusted and reliable caregivers are trained to assist with all types of needs and to deliver an exceptional care experience in a variety of settings:

• At home. 
• In an independent or assisted living community, or elsewhere.

The Structured Family Caregiver Waiver (SFCW) is a program that enables family members (including spouses) or friends to care for their loved ones at home who suffer from Alzheimer’s or other dementia-related disorders. Similar to the Consumer Directed Services program but geared towards family members at home with individuals who have active Missouri Medicaid and suffer from dementia, this program will allow, for the first time, family members or others who reside in the same household to provide caring and companionship at home to their loved ones in need.

 Participants must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Reside in Missouri and have active Missouri Medicaid
• Initial entry into the SFCW is limited to individuals 21 years of age and over. 
• Diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or a related disorder. 
• The participant and primary caregiver must reside full time in the same household.
• Require Nursing Facility Level of Care (LOC).
